Make A Kit from Meagan's Creations

Hello all! Meagan's Creations has made some packs for this month's Make-A-Kit at ScrapMatters! Check out this gorgeous pastel palette! Meagan stuck loosely to a winter theme with this kit, for more of those mild winters.

Dana- I loved seeing the kit with a winter photo though!  It's so warm and inviting and Dana's snowflakes scattered throughout are so perfectly placed!

Kandi- She used a template from Meagan's Spiral Templates Pack  . She said the colors reminded her of a blanket and the template, a quilt! Perfect Mash-up! Kandi also used one of the word art clusters and placed it beautifully!

Belinda- love how Belinda used the doily as a frame here! Awesome sepia effect on the photo and I love the clusters around her photo! Really draws attention to great photo!

Kendra- here Kendra shows how Alabama looks in the Winter. Love the focus the photo gets in this layout and the way the clusters are diagonal from each other.

Chill Out from True North Scraps

Wow!  Can you believe it's the first of December already?! Well it is and that means it is Bits N Pieces time!  For the first week of December, True North Scraps' new kit Chill Out is broken down into parts that are only $1 each!

This is not your normal winter kit.  Just look at those soft colours.  It makes me feel content and cozy no matter how frightful the weather may be outside.   And look at all those sweet elements!  In fact there are 44 unique elements in this kit.  

Carrying on the content and cozy wintry theme, there are 14 gorgeous papers to help your LOs show how you embrace winter.  Like all of TNS's papers, they look so real due to the attention she pays to the little details.

On top of that, you can get a coordinating alpha.  Samplers remind Dawna of sitting in front of the wood cook stove at her Grandma's while she taught her to cross stitch.  Another content and cozy memory.  This alpha is only uppercase letters, but includes the numbers 0-9 and the common punctuation.

This kit is perfect for all your LOs of the kids bundled up, building snowmen or catching snowflakes on their tongues.  But it isn't limiting if you don't live in a snowy climate.  One of the North Stars lives in Texas where there isn't much snow in the winter.  But they do get beautiful sunsets.  The colours in this kit worked fantastically for her LO.

Here are the LOs that the North Stars made with Chill Out. I know you won't need any help being inspired by the kit, but they are so wonderful that I have to show them off!  And there's even a couple Facebook Timeline pictures made with the kit.
